Following almost 20 years experience with Rio Tinto in technical, operations and strategic roles AnalytEx Management Consultancy was established to support local and international clients in developing and implementing strategic transformational programmes utilising Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement principles and practices.

AnalytEx currently supports clients in Australia, Africa and India in strategic planning, organisational transformation, techno-economic analysis, business improvement, statistical process control and technical governance processes.

Whilst primarily focused on the aluminium sector, AnalytEx has supported clients in Copper, Coal, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas.
