
Marcus holds a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering along with more than 25 years’ experience with operational and corporate leadership roles in:

- technology development (global R&D leadership and governance)
- business process capability assessments, opportunity identification and process governance (six sigma, statistical process control)
- techno-economic modelling (integrated process and cashflow modelling)
- strategy development, strategic planning and execution (aluminium, oil & gas, telecommunications)

Sabine holds a M.E. in Chemical Engineering with more than 25 years’ experience in environmental and compliance management.
She has held environmental lead roles in multinational organisations and tier 1 consultancy organisations and now provides consultancy services to the resources industry.
Sabine has led the development of management systems to manage compliance risks and approvals for major resource development projects. She also has provided environmental and engineering analysis, advice and support to mine site operations and major infrastructure projects.
